对石油行业运输企业的改革,其目的就是要整合全行业运输资源,打造石油运输行业品牌,挖掘设备、管理、市场方面的优势,发展现代物流业,提高社会运输效率,扩大企业效益,实现个人、企业、社会的和谐发展。
The objective of reforming transport enterprises in petroleum industry is to integrate the whole transportation resources in the industry, to build petroleum transport brand, to excavate the advantages of equipment, management and markets, to develop modern logistics industry, to increase social transport efficiency, to expand enterprise profits and to realize the harmonious development of individuals, enterprises and society.
