摘要
受全球金融危机的影响,我国经济增长速度放缓,就业问题面临巨大压力。江汉油田作为大型国有企业,同样面临着就业问题的压力。应对就业工作中出现的新情况,必须创新就业服务,提升劳动就业服务水平;加大就业培训力度,扎实开展职业培训工作;认真做好就业推介工作,积极拓展劳务输出市场;注重内部挖潜,积极拓展内部劳务用工派遣。如此,方能有效缓解油田就业压力,保障油田的和谐稳定。
Chinese economic growth is being slowed down and employment is facing great pressure owing to the global financial crisis. Jianghan Oilfield, though being a large state--owned enterprise, is not exclusive. In accordance with the new situations in employment work, the author gives some pieces of advice including innovating employment service to increase the service level, taking greater momentum of employment training to launch vocational training work down--to--earth, doing a good job in employment recommendation to expand labor export markets actively, and laying stress on internal potential to enlarge internal labor dispatch services. Only in this way can oilfield employment pressure be relieved effectively and oilfield harmony and stability be guaranteed.
