摘要
北朝时期国家政府在灾后采取的节约措施主要有减膳损服、罢减享用、禁断屠杀、禁止造酒、减缩百官俸禄,在一定程度上达到了辅助救灾的目的。总结北朝时期灾后节约措施,有助于为现代救灾研究提供历史借鉴。
Post-disaster saving measures taken by the govemment in the era of Northern Dynasties mainly included： Reducing clothing and food; cutting down enjoyment; forbidding slaughter; prohibiting making wine;decreasing salary of officials. These measures achieved the goal of assisting disaster relief to a certain degree. Summarizing the saving measures of Northern Dynasties is helpful to providing historical reference for modern research of disaster relief.
