城步县退耕还林工程建设成效分析

Analysis on Construction Achievements of Returning Cultivated Land Into Original Forest Project in Chengbu County

自2002年退耕还林工程在城步县实施以来,取得了显著的成效,生态改善、农民增收、农村产业结构调整、农村发展的巨大综合效益不断显现,在解决"三农问题"和建设社会主义新农村中所发挥的作用越来越明显,针对退耕还林工程目前存在的主要问题提出相应的对策。

Since the implementation of returning cultivated land into original forest project in Chengbu County, the outstanding achievements have been made, i.e., the ecological environment being improved, the income of peasants being increased, the industry structure of village being adjusted, the great comprehensive benefit for village development being more and more clear, As well as its function in building up socialist new village and in solving ＂the problem of agriculture, village and peasant＂ being more and more clear. In terms of the currently existed major problems during returning cultivated land into original forest project construction, the corresponding countermeasures are raised.
