摘要
人性化的行政管理,是以"人本化"为中心,以"人人获得尊重,人人获得发展"为导向,坚持以人为本的管理原则。人性化管理作为一种新的管理思想,已经成为高职院校行政管理的核心,具体表现在充分尊重学院的教职工;提高管理者的情商;确立新的管理模式;建立体现人性化思想的分配制度等五大方面。
Humanity administration management is centered with humanity, oriented with the idea, everyone can obtain respect, and everyone can obtain development, and stick to the management principle of people oriented. As a kind of new management thought, humanity management has become the core of modem college＇s administration management. Its concrete representation has five aspects, including the respect of teaching staff fully, the increase of managing person＇s emotional quotient, the setup of new managing mode, the establishment of distributive system showing humanity idea.
