在我国,避孕药品主要以政府采购、计划生育系统内免费发放的形式提供给健康人群,它是一类长期使用的非常特殊的药品,其安全、有效的使用关系到计划生育基本国策贯彻和广大育龄群众的健康权益。针对我国避孕药品不良反应发生现状,结合我国已成功实施的计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度和计划生育家庭特别扶助制度模式,提出在我国建立避孕药品不良反应损害补偿扶助制度的重要性和可行性。

Contraceptive drugs are very special in China. They are mainly bought by the government and were delivered freely to healthy people in family planning system. By analyzing Chinese Family Planning policy, the situation of contraceptives adverse reaction, and combined with the system of social support designed for family planning families in rural areas, the special support for family planning fam- ilies, this article points out the important significance of establishing social supporting system for con- traceptives adverse reaction and makes some suggestions.
