摘要 Consteel电转炉工艺改造后,出现烟气SO2含量增多,遇高温水汽反应后呈强烈的酸蚀性,使原喷淋冷却系统无法正常使用;为此对喷淋冷却系统进行改进,取得了较好的使用效果. The paper introduces the function of spray cooling tower in Consteel EAF and its application after the transformation of steel-making process of blending of EAF and Converter. It makes analysis and innovation of existing problem after the transformation steel-making process of blending of EAF and Converter, such as the content of SO2 in the fume increased, and strong acid etching after reaction with steam with high temperature. Good effect was achieved. The successful application of this dedusting system of energy-saving and environmental-friendly indictes that spraying cooling technique would have a wide room in the environmental protection technique innovation.
