摘要 目的采用模糊推理与解耦控制技术、集成温湿度传感器对温度和湿度进行控制,建立一种压电石英晶体凝血传感器检测血浆纤维蛋白原的方法。方法利用单片机模糊控制器和解耦控制,确定血浆纤维蛋白原凝集反应的起点和终点。结果试验表明上述方法能有效提高温湿度的控制精度,该方法的检测结果与STAGO磁珠检测法的相关性好(r=0.949)。结论该反应的起点和终点的判别方便、可靠、准确,且操作简单、快速,成本低廉,重复性好,适用于临床检测。 Objective To establish a detection approach of blood plasma fibrinogen with piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor, which based on the fuzzy reasoning and decoupling control technology by a temperature humidity sensor. Methods By the singlechip fuzzy and decoupling controller, the start and end-point of the blood coagulation reaction was confirmed. Results The measurement accuracy of the quartz crystal sensors was improved, the detection results of this apporach was closely correlated with the results of STAGO magnetic bread method(r = 0.949). Conclusion It is showed that this method is convenient, reliable, and accurate in finding the start and end-point of the blood coagulation reaction. It is a sensible and repeatable approach with the characteristics of simple, rapid and inexpensive. Thus it is suitable for application in clinical detection.
