摘要 岩石圈研究是80年代和90年代国际地球科学研究的前沿课题。地球46亿年的历史记录有95%都保存在大陆岩石圈中。大陆和大陆边缘岩石圈的研究最具挑战性吸引力。文中笔者简述了研究岩石圈的现代地球物理方法技术,岩石圈研究已取得的重大进展,全球地学断面图的编制和综合研究,大陆动力学热点研究,大陆科学钻探工作,岩石圈生物圈计划,同时介绍了青藏高原的研究状况。青藏高原是全球地球科学家从事研究的最佳野外实验室,它的隆升对亚洲及全球都有重大影响。 The study of lithosphere is one of the frontier subjects of the international geoscientific community in the 1980s and 1990s. It can be found that the 95% records of the Earth's history of 4.5 billion years are preserved in the continental lithosphere. The continental and continent marginal lithosphere is the most challenging and attractive research field in geosciences. The story of the Earth is so substantial that one cannot finish telling it even in 1001 nights. This paper outlines the following topics: modern geophysical methods and techniques applied to the lithospheric research, significant progress already made in the research, compilation and comprehensive studies of GGTs in China have yielded achievements standing at the forefront in the world, continental dynamics is a hot topic in geosciences, scientific continental deep drilling is a key program sponsored by ICL and Chinese geologists are currently working on project formulation and drilling site selection, the lithosphere biosphere program is one of the great international geoscientific cooperation plans and scientists are working actively on survival of mankind and improvement of its living quality. The Qinghai Tibet plateau is the best field laboratory for the geoscientists all over the world and its uplift exerts a tremendous influence upon Asia and even the whole Earth.
