摘要
高职学校文化建设是高职学校实施教育不可或缺的重要环节。在调研高职院校发展历程及文化积淀的基础上,分析高职学校文化历史和现状,立足高职院校的特点,运用现代职业教育思想和文化建设理论,对高职学校文化建设进行理性思考与实践探索,提出文化建设的对策,促进高职学校文化建设的健康持续高速发展。
Culture cultivation in vocational college is an important and indispensable link in vocational college education. On the basis of the development history of vocational college and the accumulation of its culture, the article analyzes the history and present of vocational college culture. According to the characteristics of vocational college, using the modem professional education thoughts and culture cultivation theories, the article puts forward the strategies to culture cultivation in order to promote the healthy and fast development of vocational college culture cultivation.
