子宫内膜异位症组织中ER、PR和E-cad表达及其意义研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和上皮型钙粘蛋白(E-cad)在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)病人异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达,探讨2者在EMS发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测36例EMS病人的异位内膜和36例EMS病人的在位内膜组织中ER、PR和E-cad的表达,以24例子宫肌瘤病人正常子宫内膜作对照。结果EMS异位内膜组织中ER、PR的表达明显低于正常内膜组织和EMS在位内膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而EMS在位内膜组织ER、PR表达明显高于正常内膜组织,差异亦均有显著性(P<0.05)。上皮型钙粘蛋白的表达水平明显低于在位内膜(P<0.05),且其异位内膜的表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ER、PR和E-cad在EMS异位内膜和在位内膜中的异常表达,可能与EMS的发生发展有关。 Objective To detect the expression of ER,PR and E-cad in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in endometriosis. Methods The expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium (n=36) and eutopic endometrium (n=36) in endometriosis as well as normal endometrium (n=24) were detected with immunohistoehemistry. Results The expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium were significantly lower than that in eutopic and normal endometrium (P〈0.05). The expression of ER and PR in eutopic endometriums were significantly higher in normal endometrium (P〈0.05). The expression of E-eadherin in ectopie endometrium was more than that in eutopic endometrium (P〈0.05). While, the expression of E-eadherin in eutopic endometrium was less than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of ER,PR and E-cad in eetopic and eutopie endometrium of endometriosis could be relevant to the development and progress of endometriosis.
