The culture of higher - educational academies is a special kind of organizational culture. Teachers and students from colleges and universities work together to create a pattern of culture combined which is closely related to society times and has characteristics of higher learning organization. Usually, it includes the patterns of material culture, system culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture. They and school environment of organization structure composing the cultural atmosphere of higher learning, school spirit and the living environment together.
