职业生涯规划指导是新兴的一种教育方式,但是目前农村中职课程在目标、内容、师资保障等方面依然存在着许多问题,亟需改革。其改革必须以就业为导向,坚持以人为本的原则,围绕功能定位确定科学合理的内容体系,并采取多种改革措施,使农村中职学生职业生涯规划指导的成效得到改善。

Career planning guide is a new kind of education. Many problems such as targets,contents,teaching staff and so on are needed to reform which still exist in career planning in the rural secondary schools. The reform should be employment-oriented, people-oriented in order to adhere to the principle of centering on the functions to determine the content of scientific and rational system and take a variety of reform measures to make the improvement in the career planning guidance of the rural students.
