摘要
做好中餐菜单的英译很重要性,当前中餐菜单英译中存在着大量问题。依据功能翻译理论,用写实性命名法和写意性命名法两种情况对菜单翻译的方法进行了总结归纳。
This article analyzes the importance of doing a good job in the English translation of the Chinese menus and the obstacles and problems existing in the present translation. According to the functional translation theory, it divides the Chinese menus into literal menus and figurative menus and summarizes the respective translation methods for them.
