权证作为资本市场上一种功能独特的证券衍生产品及金融创新工具,近十年来,在全球范围内迅速发展并为广大投资者所青睐。我国也于2005年重新开始了权证交易,结合我国当前的证券市场环境和法制现状,对境内权证法律框架的构建和具体法律制度的完善提出一些有益的建议。

Our country restarted the warrant business in 2005. The article combines the stock market conditions and legal status to give some beneficial suggestions about the construction of the legal framework of the warrant and implementing legal system in China.
