摘要
中国共产党是我国的领导党与执政党,对国家治理起着主导性作用,所以党内民主与国家治理产生关系并形成互动是可能的、也是必然的。从当前国家治理的热点入手考量党内民主与国家治理的互动关系,必须关注以下五个范畴:党内民主与善治的互动、党内民主与社会和谐的互动、党内民主与依法治国的互动、党内民主与群众自治的互动、党内民主与党政关系的互动。
The leading and ruling party of CPC plays a leading part in national government and therefore the interaction between inner-party democracy and national government is possible as well as a matter of course. Taking the hot spots of present national government as the point of departure in testing the interaction,it is imperative to pay close attention to the following 5 categories as those between innerparty democracy and good government, social harmony, management of state affairs according to law, autonomy of the masses and the relationship between the Party and the government.
