摘要
教师是高校办学的主体,拥有一支德才兼备的教师队伍是显示大学办学水平和竞争力的重要标志。德为才之首,当前高校教师的思想道德状况良好,但也存在着一些问题。高校人事管理工作要树立正确的人才观,高度重视教师思想道德建设;加强政策导向,有效规避制度管理偏差对教师思想道德方面带来的负面影响;改善教师待遇,切实提高教师思想道德建设的成效;树立先进典型,形成良好的教师思想道德环境氛围。
Teachers are the main body in the running of colleges and universities. Owning a team of teachers with both ability and political integrity is an indication of the college or university's high level of operation and competitiveness. Morality is in the first place in one's ability. At present most teachers in current colleges and universities have upstanding integrity and good morals while there exist some problems. Therefore, great importance should be attached to the construction of ideology and morality among college teachers in the field of personnel administration. Besides, policy orientation and guidance should be enhanced to effectively avert any negative impact on the ideologies and moralities of college teachers due to maladministration. Moreover, the salary and benefits as well as other treatments for teachers should be further improved to consolidate the effect of the construction of ideology and morality among college teachers. Lastly, outstanding role models should be singled out to take the lead in forming a good atmosphere of the construction of ideology and morality among college teachers.
