摘要
对水滑石的各种基本制备方法如包括变化PH值共沉淀法和恒定PH值沉淀法、盐-氧化物合成法、离子交换法和焙烧还原法等进行了比较.以镁、铝和铁为原料,采用一定的配比,在适宜的PH值、温度和浓度下发生化学反应,然后经过抽滤、洗涤、干燥、煅烧等步骤,制备镁铝铁水滑石催化剂;并研究了实验过程中反应物浓度、温度、PH值对催化剂的形成起到的极其重要的影响.
The passage summarizes HTLcs' every kind of fundamental preparation methods, include coprecipitation method, salt-oxid synthesis method, ion exchange process, roast reduction process and so on. Use Mg Al and Fe as the raw materials, adopt particular mixture ratio, happen chemical reaction under feasible PH scale, temperature and consistency, then by suction filtrating, washing,drying and calcinating we can get the HTLc include Mg,Al and Fe.we also find that the consistency of the reactant,temperature and PH numerical value have very important influence to the coming into being of the HTLc.
