Toxoplasmosis is a kind of parasite disease,by Toxoplasmosis gondii, distributed all over the world.Since 1957,there were some clinical case reports, but the one related with EEG changes were rare. This study will discuss its EEG and CT change. All 24 patients were clearly diagnosed by indirect hemagglu tination(IHA).Meanwhile,EEG and cephalic CT were examined. The different abnormal changes of EEG were present in all 24 patients, the abremal rate was 100%.Among the cephalic CT examination in 20 cases, there were only 8 cases with positive pathologic site. The positive rate was 40%.The abnormal rate of EEG in toxoplasmosis patients with neurological system was obviously higher than that of cephalic CT.The special EEG examination method sphenoid potential can raise its positive rate. Therefore,it can be used to determine whether or not the neurological system is invaded,or what degree it is invaded.
