摘要 采用流体动力学计算软件FLUENT,对喷气织机主喷嘴引纬气流场进行较完整的三维数值模拟,与相关文献的实验值进行比较,结果证明了基于FLUENT软件对喷气织机主喷嘴的气流流场进行数值分析的有效性与可行性,而且数值仿真优点较试验更全面,可解释喷嘴芯出口处的压力降低等试验难以观察的现象,为主喷嘴的设计提供了理论指导。 The FLUENT of CFD is used to perform numerical simulation for the 3D inner flow field analysis of the main nozzle of air-jet looms in this paper. Then, comparison has been made between the numerical and the experimental values tested by other investigators. Results show that FLUENT is a powerful and useful tool for the numerical analysis of the flow field of the main nozzle of air-jet looms. Results also show that such a numerical analysis method is better than the test method to some extent due to that this method can explain the reason of sudden pressure fluctuation arising from the change of cross-section area at the outlet of main nozzle core, which, is hard to be observed in others' experiment results, and give a vector graph of the air flow and an academic guidance for the design of main nozzle.
