摘要
科技人才是提升企业核心竞争力的战略资源和实现企业跨越式发展的关键因素,也是竞争者争夺的最重要的资源。如何有效管理科技人才,激发科技人才创造力,降低科技人才流失率,成为许多企业人力资源管理工作亟待解决的重大问题。对待科技人才企业应本着留用为主、预防为辅的目的,将科技人才的管理、激励与预防有机结合起来,有效地防范因科技人才的流失而给企业带来致命的打击,并最终能够促成企业与科技人才的共同发展,双方共赢。
Sci- teeh talents, the strategic resources in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and the key factor in achieving their development by leaps and bounds, are the most important resources the competitors contend for. It is of urgent need for enterprises to solve how to manage the sci-tecb talents effectively,how to inspire their creativity, und how to low the drain rate of talents.ln dealing with sci- tech talents,management,motivation and prevention should be combined organically to guard against the fatal blow resulting from the talent drain,thus ultimately achieving the win- win development between enterprises and talents.
