晚期肝癌化疗结合骨髓间充质干细胞输注疗效观察

The efficiency of using chemical therapy combining with MSC to advanced hepatic carcinoma

目的：评价化疗结合骨髓间充质干细胞输注对晚期肝癌的疗效。方法：取晚期肝癌患者45例，随机分成治疗组（30例）及对照组（15例），均采用相同的化疗方法案后，治疗组加用骨髓间充质干细胞（1．8×10^4／kg），观察疗效及生存率。结果：治疗后1年、2年的肿瘤局部有效率分别为90％，60%。1～2年生存率分别为90％，30％，中位生存期15个月。结论：化疗结合骨髓间充质干细胞输注是治疗晚期肝癌的有效治疗手段。

Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of using chemical therapy combining with MSC to advanced hepatic carcinoma. Methods ：Treatment group （30 patients） was adopted MSC after the chemical therapy,while control group （15 patients） only adopted the chemical therapy,then observing curative effect and survival rata. Results：One year after treating finally the partly effective was 90%,60 %, 1 - 2 years survival rate respectively is 90%, 30 %. Median life span is 15 months. Conclusion：To treat advanced hepatic carcinoma with chemical therapy combining with MSC is an effectively method.
