摘要
为实现对环形穿水冷却喷嘴各主要性能指标的监测,基于计算机及PLC技术,以喷射流量与系统压力为主要测试内容,设计了一套喷嘴测试系统。通过对喷嘴结构及冷却原理的分析,确定了用高精度传感器采集流量、压力信号,利用计算机分析实际压力流量曲线的测试方法。系统由水压控制系统、电气控制系统、测试系统软件组成。控制方式采用PLC和计算机实现了全自动控制,集采集、控制、管理为一体。该系统能为设计人员及厂家提供喷嘴性能数据,具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to monitor the main characters of cooling nozzle, a testing system based on PC and PLC technology was designed. Its main testing property was flux and system pressure. By analyzing the nozzle configuration and cooling principle, a method was decided that collecting the signal with sensors then analyzing the pressure-flux curve with computer. The system was composed of pressure control system, electric control system and testing software. It can supply data to nozzle designer and factory, and has wide application prospects.
