摘要
在AMESim平台上,研究了电液控制阀的动态特性,分析了电磁先导阀和主控阀的位移及压力响应曲线。通过建立液压支架的电液控制系统模型的仿真和分析,得出了的先导阀出口的流量、压力与主控阀的位移之间定性的关系和变化趋势,为电液控制阀的结构设计级优化提供了参考依据。
In the AMESim environment,this article made a dynamical research on the electrohydraulic control valve,and analyzed the characteristic curve of the priority valve and the main control valve.After the simulation and the analysis with the electrohydraulie control system,we got the displacement and the output pressure data of the Electrohydraulic control valve,and also we got the qualitative relationship between the output pressure of the priority valve and the displacement of the main control valve.This simulation and analysis will provide some usefull message for the optimization and design of the eleetrohydraulic control valve.
