摘要 闭式回路变量泵综合性能测试是保证产品质量和进行新产品开发的重要手段,在分析测试需求的基础上设计并实现了变量泵综合性能自动测试系统。采用闭式回路进行变量泵的综合性能测试,采用多种传感器自动采集测试过程中的动态性能数据,采用虚拟仪器技术实现数据处理、分析和管理以及测试流程的自动化。实际生产测试结果表明,综合性能测试系统提高了测试过程的测试效率和精度以及测试系统的智能化水平。 The measurement of closed-circuit variable displacement pump comprenensive performance is an important means to develop new product and guarantee product quality. Based on requirement analysis, an automatic measurement system of comprehensive performance for variable displacement pump was designed and implemented. A closed-circuit is used for variable displacement pump comprehensive performance test. A variety of sensors are used to collect running information data automatically during the testing process. Virtual instrument technique is adopted to realize data processing, analysis, management and measurement process automation. As actual production measurement results showed, the comprehensive performance measurement system has improved test efficiency and precision of experiment course and the intelligent level of the test system.
