摘要
对一种新型滑块式润滑泵结构进行改进,特别是对泵中的关键部件——滑块(材质为MC尼龙)的几何参数进行分析,以使其接触面整体达到最小接触间隙来提高泵的吸油能力,同时使其达到均匀磨损来提高滑块的耐磨性能,并对其进行强度校核及抗磨损分析。
Improvement on a new style lubrication pump,s structure, especially on critical part-slipper block(MC nylon material), analyzing it,s geometrical parameter,in order to decrease it,s head face abrasion and improve pump,s suction abality,and at the same time the slipper block is wearable just because of it,s abrasion is wellproportioned, it,s intension is verified and resist abrasion is analysied.
