摘要
实施企业年金制度,有利于完善社会保障体系,提高广大企业职工退休后的生活水平,有利于吸引人才,增强企业凝聚力和竞争力。但在实际工作中,却有很多人不参加企业年金,究其原因,除个人因素外,主要是企业年金账户管理还存在一定问题。从企业年金的含义和作用入手,针对企业年金账户管理存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。
The implementation of annual salary system for enterprises will improve social security system and the living standard of retired workers, attracting talented employees and making advances in competiveness and cohesiveness of enterprises. However, a great number of workers are unwilling to be involved in the system . Apart from the personal reasons , there are some problems existing in the management of annuity accounts. The article will start from the definition and the function of the annual salary system , making some suggestions aimed at the problems .
