On Construction of Harmonious Rear Service——Main Exploration on the Work of Rear Service in Zhejiang Forestry University

浙江林学院提出的"生态大学"办学理念,决定着学校后勤发展必然走构建和谐后勤发展之路。学校后勤在跨越式发展的同时,也存在一些不和谐因素。构建和谐后勤,应以用心服务为宗旨,以信息交流网络为平台,以注重人才队伍建设为手段,以制度创新为落脚点。

The idea of running an ＂Ecological University＂ put forward by Zhejiang Forestry University determines that the rear service development must go on the road of constructing a harmonious rear service. When the rear service of the unversity leaps over the stages of development, there are also some unharmonious elements. Constructing a harmonious rear service should be the aim of heartly severce, the platform of exchanging information, the way of paying attention to the talents construction, and the base of creating new system.
