Research on Guiding Students in Vocational Colleges to Overcome Study Conflict Psychology

良好的学习环境不仅有利于教学活动周而复始的高效运转,而且能陶冶学生情操,净化学生的心灵,激励学生勤奋学习,积极向上,促使学生全面发展,健康成长。班主任是班级管理的主要责任人,应尽可能为学生的学习提供一个良好的环境。

This paper investigates and analyzes the present condition of students＇ study psychology in vocational colleges and points out that a teacher should learn to understand students＇ study conflict psychology in the teaching and guide them to overcome it, which provides reference for the dynamic management of teaching in vocational colleges.
