摘要
环氧丙基烷基季铵盐是一种重要的表面活性剂中间体,具有阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的多效性结构。研究了N,N-二甲基-N-十二烷基叔胺与环氧氯丙烷反应合成2-环氧丙基十二烷基季铵盐的影响因素,优化的合成条件为:以环氧氯丙烷为溶剂,N,N-二甲基-N-十二烷基叔胺与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比为1:2.5,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1h。此时转化率可达99.6%,合成工艺简单。
(2-Epoxypropyl)dodecylammonium chloride is widely used as intermediate of surfactant, for it is the combination of cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant. In this essay, the influential factors on reaction of di-methyl-dodecyl amine with epichlorohydrin was discussed. The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows.with epichlorohydrin as solvent, the molar ratio of di-methyl-dodecyl amine to epichlorohydrin was 1 : 2.5 ,the reaction temperature was 80℃ ,and the reaction time was 1 h. Under above conditions,the conversion of di-methyl-dodecyl amine could reach 99.6%. The synthetic process was simple.
