一株对烟草甲高毒力的苏云金芽孢杆菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从河南各大烟厂采集烟叶258份,采用醋酸钠分离法分离到19株含伴孢晶体、类似苏云金芽孢杆菌的菌株。通过对烟草甲的生物测定,分离出一株对烟草甲高毒力的菌株,命名为Bt117。经形态特征、生理生化特性、16SrDNA鉴定,确定该菌为苏云金芽孢杆菌。 19 Strains containing parasporal crystals which were similar to Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated among 258 samples collected from different tobacco factories in Henan province by sodium acetate method. A strain had higher toxicity against Lasioderma serricorne was isolated by biotoxicity determination and was named as Btl 17. According to identification of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA sequences, this strain belonged to Bacillus thuringiensis.
