摘要
中西方权利话语存在着一定的差异。现代的权利话语是与西方理性主义文化紧密结合的。它与理性主义传统、个人主义文化、德性思想倾向、财产契约理论有着内在的不可分割的关系。
There are some differences between Chinese and Western rights - talk. The rights talk of the age must be combined with the rational culture of occident, which is concerned with the rationalism tradition, the individualism culture, the tendency of virtue thought and the theory of property contract.
