基于职业素质培养的高职普通文化课改革思考

The Reform Thoughts of Higher Vocational Fundamental Courses Based on Professional Quality Training

课程改革是高职发展的核心问题,在高等职业教育迅速发展时期,受到专业课程改革的影响,高职普通文化课改革的任务更为紧迫。通过对职业素质培养研究及对高职教育课程改革的理性分析,以普通文化课与岗位需求结合为视角,剖析传统高职普通文化课程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改革思路和有益的探索。

Curriculum reform is the core issue of the development of higher vocational education in vocational colleges. In the rapid developing period, with the influence of the reform in major course, the reform task on fundamental courses is getting more urgent. So we need to change the teaching mode to meet the needs of times. This paper is based on the view of fundamental courses combined with job post required. Through the research of vocational quality and the analysis of the curriculum reform in higher vocational college, the paper discusses the problem in traditional fundamental courses and proposes ideas reform and makes a significant exploration.
