摘要 应急案例的存储多数以文本类型以及图表形式,难以为计算机理解。针对上述情况,提出基于本体构建的应急案例库的方案,并用OWL语言对应急案例库进行描述,提高应急决策支持系统效率。 The Emergency Case Database stored in text or chart form, might be intricately processed by computer. With regard to this problem, a scheme of construction of emergency case database based on ontology is put forward. In addition, it also includes the emergency case described by OWL, aiming at improving the efficiency of emergency decision support system.
