基于UG的蜗轮蜗杆设计

摘要 产品建模技术是计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)系统的核心技术。以UGNX作为支撑平台,创建参数化的蜗轮蜗杆三维实体模型,为之后的装配设计、强度分析、仿真蜗轮传动的啮合过程、干涉检测、啮合特性及表面特性进行更深入的分析提供了基础。 Product modeling technology is a core technology of computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM). In the course of the product development, assembly design, finite element analysis, motion simulation, numerical control machining are all based on solid models. In this paper, solid models of parametric worm wheel worm based on the UGNX is set up, which could provide a basic platform for assembly design, strength analysis, meshing process of simulation worm gear transmission, interference detection, meshing characteristic and surface characteristic analysis.
