摘要
为了提高河北省中年超重与肥胖人群的身体健康和生活质量,针对我省中年超重与肥胖人群的身体特征及机能特点,设计了符合我省中年超重与肥胖人群减、控体脂的运动方案:运动时间分别为120min和30~60min,活动方式以中低强度的有氧运动为主。方案设计体现了运动类型的生活化及灵活多样的运动特色,以期通过持之以恒的运动干预,达到改善超重与肥胖人群心肺功能和减、控体脂的目的。
To improve the quality of life and health of over-weighted and obese middle-aged adults in Hebei province, this article designed an exercise program to reduce and control body fat on the basis of their physical and functional charaeteristies: exercising times were 30-60min and 120min respectively; mainly aerobic exercise with less intensity. The program embodied the idea of life-oriented exercise and featured flexible and diversified forms of movement, aiming to better cardiopulmonary functions of the obese and control their body fat by constant exercise intervention.
