城市道路内停车泊位设置标准编制研究

Compilation Study on the Standards for Setting up On-street Parking Spaces

城市道路内停车泊位是公共停车设施的一种有效补充形式,但路内停车泊位设置不合理不仅干扰道路交通正常通行,而且严重影响路外停车设施的利用效率。本文通过分析城市道路内停车泊位设置标准的制定流程和要求,提出城市路内停车泊位的规划选址、泊位布局和辅助设施等主要技术内容,对科学合理地设置路内停车泊位具有十分重要的指导作用。

On-street parking space is an effective supplement of public parking facilities. But improper setting up of it will interfere with the normal traffic operation in street,furthermore, impact the using efficiency of the off-street parks. This thesis presents the method and relative requirements of the compilation standard for setting up on-street parking spaces and puts forward the main technology contents, such as parking space location planning, layout, and auxiliary equipments, which can be a guide for setting up on-street parking spaces.
