影响天麻中天麻素提取的因素研究

Influence factors of gastrodin extraction from gastrodia tuber

目的研究影响提取天麻中天麻素的因素,确定影响提取率的重要因素。方法采用不同配制方法的不同浓度的乙醇、自来水、蒸馏水,参照药典的方法,测定天麻中天麻素的含量。结果采用自来水100 mL,提取2次(第1次2 h,第2次1 h),所得的天麻素的含量为最高。结论本实验发现不同溶剂可影响天麻素提取,为含天麻药材的制剂制备提供一定的参考价值。

Objective To determine the most important influence factors of gastrodin extraction from gastrodia tuber. Methods Gastrodin in gastrodia tuber was determined with the method from Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and tap water, distilled water, and alcohol of different preparations and concentrations were used. Results Tap water （100 mL） was used to extract twice （first time 2 h, second time 1h）, and we got the highest content of gastrodin. Conclusion Solvent of gastrodin extraction affacts the extraction, providing a valuable reference for preparing the agents including gastrodia tuber.
