生态工业园区循环经济评价指标体系研究

Study on Circular Economy Evaluation Index System of Eco-industrial Parks

主要研究生态工业园区的本质特征,分析了评价区域发展指标体系的特点、适用范围等,提出适用于生态工业园区评价的循环经济指标体系,并初步论述了评价方法。文章通过对比区域发展指标体系、生态城市建设指标体系内涵,构建了适合于评价生态工业园区的4层结构、底层共34项指标的评价指标体系,既比较全面地考虑了环境、经济及社会等方面的发展水平,又对工业生产的过程有所侧重,较好地反映了生态工业园区的循环经济特征。

This paper studies the essential characters of eco-industrial parks and analyzes the characteristics and application scope of the index system of evaluating regional development. The circular economy evaluation index system for eco - industrial parks has been put forward and method of evaluation has been discussed. By comparing the index system of regional development and the connotation of the construction index system of eco - city, the index system of eco - industrial park including four levels with 34 indicators of bottom is constructed, which not only takes the development of environment, economy and society into consideration, but also attaches importance to the industrial production and reflects the characteristics of circular economy of eco - industrial parks.
