摘要
机械手凸轮是PET吹瓶-灌装-旋盖"三合一"液体包装机重要部件,其设计难点是要求协调各种动作一致性。文章根据其设计难点先从作图法进行设计,找出其存在不足,然后用矢量分析法对作图法进行改进,得出其内外凸轮的理想轮廓曲线方程,提高了轮廓线设计的精度。
The manipulator cam is the important component of a PET liquid packaging machine ,which acomplishes the process of blowing-Filling-Capping. The difficult point for the design of the machine is to assure the consistency of various actions. According to the difficulty of the design, the mapping approach was first used , then the weaknesses was found from the sketch constructed, at last, vector analysis was employed to improve the mapping so as to its contours and outside ideal cam curve equation were attained.
