导流器对潜水泵性能影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用同一叶轮配两种导流器的方法研究潜水泵的性能,选用RNG k-ε湍流模型,利用FLUENT计算软件对潜水泵进行了全流道内部流场数值模拟。通过对导流器叶片工作面绝对速度矢量图和压力云图的分析,发现采用增大导流器长度、加大导叶片进口冲角和壁角等措施,可减少导流器内部流动能量损失、提高泵效率的措施。数值模拟结果与实测结果比较表明,用数值模拟方法预测潜水泵性能是可行的。 The article adopted the method of the same impeller matching with different diffuser coupling to research the performance of submersible pumps, and the full-flow road of the submersible pump was numerically simulated by software FLUENT with RNG k-ε turbulence model. Through analyzing the picture of the absolute velocity vector and total pressure on the pressure side of the blades matched with different diffuser coupling, measures were given to reduce the energy loss in internal flow of diffuser coupling and improve the efficiency of pump. Comparing the numerical simulated results with experimental results of pump performance, it is obvious that using numerical simulation method to predict the performance of submersible pump is feasible.
