摘要
人力资源战略控制是为人力资源战略规划的实施提供客观、准确的反馈信息和动力信息,从而保障整个人力资源战略过程良性实施、有效运转的相互协调与互动的系统化过程。国外人力资源战略控制已呈现注重人性本质与理念、重视无形资源管理、关注人力资源战略系统的过程等发展趋势。构建我国企业人力资源战略控制系统,应结合我国的实际情况,借鉴过程理论的人力资源战略控制的体系,以保证企业最初制定的人力资源管理的具体实施过程能顺利进行,能够更有效地利用人力资源。
Human resource strategic control aims at providing accurate and objective feedback and dynamic messages for the implementation of human resource strategic planning, which could ensure the successful delivery and effective operations of coordinative and interactive systematic processes during human resource strategic practices. Overseas research on human resource strategic control pays more attention to the human nature, the intangible resource management and the develop- ment tendency to the process of human resource strategic system. In order to ensure the successful performance and effec- tive utilization of corporate human resource management planning, the author considers that process theory associated with human resource strategic control system could be used, on the basis of the actual situation, for the construction of enterprises human resource strategic control system in China.
