三联药液治疗压疮的疗效观察

Observation the effect of three-united drugs treatment pressure sores.

目的:探讨万花油、利福平、头孢氨苄三联药液治疗压疮的疗效。方法:选择Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮患者30例,随机分为观察组和对照组各15例。观察组采用万花油、利福平、头孢氨苄三联药液治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗。结果:三联药液对治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果显著,对Ⅲ期有一定疗效,并加快了压疮的愈合。结论:三联药液具有抗炎消肿,促进创面愈合的作用,治疗压疮的效果优于常规方法。

Objective ： To discuss the effect of flower - oils in combination with rifampicin and cefalexin treatment pressure sores. Methods ： 30 II stage pressure sores patients were divided into observation group（ n = 15 ） and control group（ n = 15 ） randomly, the observation group received three - united drugs, the control group received regular drugs therapy. Results： Three - united drugs was an effective method to treating pressure sore II stage ,and effective for pressure sore III stage ,and it could speed up the healing time of pressure sores. Conclusion： Three -united drugs were used together, it could resist inflammation and help sore face healing, the treatment effect was better than conventional methods.
