在高校行政管理中,资产管理是一个永恒的话题,它直接影响着高校办学的规模、质量、结构与效益.在高校资产关系异常活跃的时代背景下,适时地研究国有资产管理运行机制,对于确保学校资产的保值、增值与效益具有重要的现实意义.笔者以高校改革发展为背景,介绍高校国有资产的现状以及资产管理中存在的问题,从而有针对性的提出完善、创新资产管理的具体措施和方法.

Assets management is a very important component in administrative management in college. It directly affects the size, quality, structure and efficiency of college running. A study of the operation mechanism of state-owned assets management is of great significance to ensuring the preservation,increase and efficiency of as- sets. Based on the reform and development in college, this paper discusses the current situation of state-owned assets and problems existing in assets management, thus presenting methods for their imorovement.
