硫化杜仲胶用于沥青改性的研究

摘要 通过对掺加不同比例硫化杜仲胶的改性沥青进行性能指标检测和对比,讨论了硫化杜仲胶改性沥青的最佳配比以及具体的改性效果,并通过混合料试验进行了验证。结果表明,在综合考虑高低温性能的条件下,掺加5%杜仲胶和0.4%硫的配方改性效果最好;硫化杜仲胶能较好地改善沥青的低温延展性能,对于高温回弹性能及粘度提升较小但能满足PG70-22的要求。低温弯曲试验结果表明,硫化杜仲胶改性沥青的低温混合料性能优于同剂量SBS改性沥青。 The performance indexes of gutta-percha sulfide modified asphalt samples with different proportion were detected,the optimum proportion and modified effect were discussed.The results indicated that,the sample of 5% gutta-percha and 0.4% sulfur show the best performance considering both high and low temperature performance; gutta-percha sulfide can improve the low temperature performance while has a relatively small effect on high temperature resilience and viscosity, but can still meet the qualification of PG70-22. Results of low temperature bending test show that gutta-percha sulfide modified asphalt is superior to SBS sulfide asphalt in low temperature mixture performance.
