基于计重收费数据库的高速公路网货物运输量计算

Computation of Expressway Truck Transport Volume based on Toll-by-weight Database

随着公路基础设施建设持续快速发展,现行的运输量统计已不能全面反映运输市场的现状,暴露出诸多问题,需要加以改进。而把非调查目的形成的现有数据源用来进行高速公路运输量计算可以在人力、财力、时间投入较少的情况下获取大量数据。文章基于江苏省2008-11高速公路联网收费系统数据库分析计算了江苏省高速公路货物运输量、车籍识别率、分车籍区域运输量、宁沪高速公路江苏段货运量等。计算结果可作为统计数据的验证与补充,供相关部门参考。

With the sustained and rapid development of highway infrastructure, the existing transportation statistics mechanism can reflect current status of transportation market and some problems have been exposed, which needs to be improved. The source of transportation data that should not inquiry is used to transportation calculation. This method can save the financial resources, manpower and time. The paper analyzes truck transport volume of expressway network, license recognition rate, vehicle cadastre transportation, transportation of Shanghai-Nanjing highway based on Jiangsu expressway network toll system database in 11-2008. The calculation is a complement and verification of statistics, which could be taken as reference for the department concerned.
