海事巡逻船舶节能降耗之我见

Some views on the energy saving for the maritim patrolling vessels

努力降低水上交通安全管理的执法成本,是海事执法部门在实际工作中切实坚持和落实科学发展观的基本要求。文中从海事管理的角度出发,针对海事巡逻船舶在正常执法过程中如何节能降耗,提出了一些方法和建议。

Reducing the enforcement cost concerning waterborne traffic safety management is one of the basic requirements for the Maritime Authority to apply the Scientific Development Concept in the practical work. This paper, from the view of maritime safety management, provides some suggestions on measures to be taken by the patrolling vessels to reduce energy consumption in normal enforcement operations.
