摘要
7例慢性淀粉渣中毒的奶牛,解剖后呈一致性病变.真胃和肠道,特别是幽门、十二指肠、空肠前段和回盲口附近的肠段,发生以浆细胞大量浸润为特征的典型慢性卡他性炎,于国内外资料尚无记载.实质脏器变性;脾白髓组织萎缩;脾和淋巴结有多量含铁血黄素沉着。这些病变为奶牛淀粉渣中毒的病理诊断提供了依据.
Autopsy on 7 cases of dairy cattle with chronic toxicosis fed with cornpulp has been conducted and consistent lesions have been found in them.There is a chronic catarrhal inflammation charactered with plasma cell inf-iltration at abomasum and intestinal tract,especially at the pyloric part,part of duodenum,anterior part of jejunum and part near ileocecal valve.The parenchymal organs are degenerative.The white pulp of spleen is atr-ophic.There are a lot of hemosiderin in spleen and limph nodes.Theselesions supply the basis for pathologic diagnosis of the toxiosis in dairycattle fed with corn pulp.
