注射用尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察注射用尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院神经内科2007-08~2008-08符合诊断标准的60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成2组即尤瑞克林治疗组和对照组。2组均给予抗血小板聚集及一般营养脑神经细胞药物常规治疗,治疗组另外加用尤瑞克林治疗(注射用尤瑞克林0.15PNA,静滴,1次/d,连用14d),观察2组治疗前、治疗后第7天和第15天的神经功能缺损程度,并进行卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,以及3个月时日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)。结果治疗后尤瑞克林组以及对照组NIHSS评分与治疗前比较有显著改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);治疗组患者治疗后神经功能恢复明显优于对照组,NIHSS评分、ADL评分及临床总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论尤瑞克林可有效促进脑梗死所致神经功能缺损症状的恢复,改善病人的预后,降低病死率和致残率,且安全、不良反应少。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase in treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods Sixty acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into urinary kallidinogenase observation group and control group. Both groups were given cerebral nerve nutriceutieal and antiplatelet routine treatment. Urinary kallidinogenase was additionally given to the observation group. The degree of neurologic impairment of the two groups was observed and evaluated by NIHSS before treatment and after treatment of 7 and 15 days(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Results The nerve functional recovery of the observation group obviously surpassed that of the control group. There was statistical significance of total effective rate and the NIHSS score between the two groups(P〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase could effectually promote the recovery of neurologic impairment symptom, degrade the fatality rate and mutilation rate, and it is safe and has less adverse effect.
