尼莫地平治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的疗效观察 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察尼莫地平对于轻度血管性认知障碍(mVCI)的疗效。方法90例mVCI患者随机分为2组。对照组常规治疗,实验组加用尼莫地平30 mg,3次/d。2组于治疗前及治疗后1年分别进行听觉事件相关电位P300潜伏期和波幅的检测。同时,通过临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分观2组治疗终点智能的变化。结果与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,实验组P300的潜伏期显著缩短、波幅显著增高。治疗后实验组CDR评分较治疗前和对照组明显改善。结论尼莫地平可以改善mVCI患者的智能,并使mVCI患者P300的潜伏期缩短、波幅增高。
